I started in Brunswick,Ga around 1990 singing and running the country band.Blackwater .withen a year of start i changed name to Dakota.I played all local clubs then auditioned for a gig with the Jekyll Island Authority at Blackbeards seafood Resuarant. 5 shows a week for 26 weeks. The next year Mersitar corporation contracted me for 5 shows a week for 26 weeks at The TIKI HUT for The Jekyll Inn. We done over 990 shows at the Jekyll Inn. The motel was bought by International Hotels and Resorts (IHR) My son Robert joined me early and we played from Pittsburg PA, Snowshoe West VA, to Orlando Fla
Must have rode a million miles..We came off the road settled back in my club in Jesup. Played full time and built and ran a recording studio for five years, finished that project, tore out studio and now,have rehearsal and banquet hall to find, hire,and rehearse my new Band.
This time I'm gonna shoot the moon. ,
