I'm a fusion/mixed genre composer with a background in neoclassical. I'm currently here to find musicians for recording on my upcoming album. Your name will be credited and instrument played, links to your work/online stuff also included on the inside cover in the list of credits.
I'm a mostly unknown composer and musician of 14 years, and having been making original music and improvising for as long. I taught myself to use the composing program Finale PrintMusic in 2010 and have used it extensively to produce orchestral work since organizing an orchestra is incredibly hard and often expensive.
I'm now at a point where I have been composing smaller works for groups of 3-6 usually, where the basis of the song is guitar+voice. This is a very new pursuit and I've only been doing it for 2 years, with the songs of my album having been composed over a year.
I have skeleton recordings of the songs for my album, and I have 14 songs total. I'm currently composing the supporting instrumentation for the songs and will have individual projects up. I am paying musicians for recordings, which can be done remotely if you have quality recording, or you can record in my very simple home studio setup. We can meet up to start a conversation and make a connection so we get comfortable with each other.
I also go to a lot of open mics in the Twin Cities an average of once a week. Please check "Events and News" on my website for the upcoming open mics, as you can come by and meet me there too.
