Band to Join.ABOUT
Just another meatbag riding a dying rock across a sea of stars...but with a ukulele! And probably way too many other instruments, honestly.
I'm mainly here because I would love to make more musician friends! Let's face it, I'm 34 years old, quite fat, and have crippling anxiety -- I really don't entertain the idea of anything resembling fame anymore. But you're never too old for connection, and supporting others.
Thanks in part to the last couple of years, the rise of long-distance networking, virtual hangouts, and communicating digitally make all of this easier than ever, so...do you have Discord? Feel free to shoot me a message at Nerdnuggets#7619! <3
I live in Lexington, OH, but I'm open to any and all possibilities. :)
If you'd like to hear some more of my work, ask away! I have originals and covers posted in various places around the Internet, but I've also uploaded one of my original ukulele songs right here on Bandmix for your convenience.

I love most female-fronted rock/metal music, but any melodic rock/metal is great. Add in a touch of symphonic elements, and bam! You've got me immediately hooked.
My current musical "obsession" is synthwave, and working with MIDI in Cubase 12.

What Remains (Chelsea Kuhn)
What Remains (Chelsea Kuhn) Track number: 9 Year: 2020 Album: What Remains of Chelsea Kuhn? Genre: Folk
The ninth and final track of my tiny lil self-produced EP of original ukulele songs, released in 2020. Mostly recorded in my closet...as one does. ;) Dedicated to every sad, sleepless night of yore. Every. Last. One of 'em (and there were plenty). The Big Sad does end, eventually, and sometimes you'll even miss it. Weird how that works, huh?

A Heart's Place (Chelsea Kuhn) Year: 2022 Genre: Electronic
Adventures into the waves of synth. <3

Silent Screams (Rob Halford)
Silent Screams (Rob Halford) Genre: Acoustic
My acoustic rendition of "Silent Screams", off Rob Halford's 2000 album, Resurrection. <3 I only grow to love this beautiful song more and more each passing year, it seems. It helps that I'm revisiting all the awesome metal bands I adored during my teens, and Judas Priest in particular has one helluva discography to catch up on!

Swimming Home (Evanescence)
Swimming Home (Evanescence) Genre: Acoustic
I love Evanescence! I play this song on the ukulele a lot, and I think the uke gives it a really cute, relaxed island sorta vibe that's pretty different from the electronic tones of the original recording. :3

Right in Two (Tool)
Right in Two (Tool) Genre: Acoustic
Tool's "Right in Two" to the best of my ability, in a different key, minus some of the heavier parts, and with probably slightly wrongish lyrics. Whee! :D
