Been playing guitar and singing most of my life although only seriously periodically - mostly because I've really never had a good enough reason to push myself (e.g., a good band) and I have many other interests. That all changed in 2013 and now I gig out regularly (solo).

Influences

Really anything, but my influences fall in two categories: acoustic and electric. On the acoustic side, Oasis, Ed Sheeran, Hozier, Pearl Jam, (etc.), and acoustic covers of unusual songs (e.g., Holla Back Girl). On the electric side, Pear Jam, Living Colour, Pat Benetar, George Lynch (I don't try to play like George though), Van Halen, King's X, and just about anything with guitar. Celtic rock is a current favorite.
