I have a minimal amount of experience with an actual band but I love to sing and I'm pretty decent. I've had about 7 years of vocal lessons with two of those years focusing mostly on opera. I have won several local and state awards as well as a few different local vocal competitions.

Influences
I love singing anything that is even close to being the blues. I really connect with it. That doesn't mean that's all I do though. I have a wide variety of songs I can do and I have a powerful belting voice.... so I can totally rock out a Led Zeppelin and then bring it back down with some Nora Jones....
EQUIPMENT
I have a guitar and keyboard but I'm pretty much still on the basics of those.
