Trying out my new field instrument, more like an instrument field. I think I can do this live. Took awhile to line up all the parts but time is what I've got now. Kind of. First sample is what I'm discovering so far.

Two sets of influences; those burned in over eons and the ones I'm now listening to. Former are mostly late 60s rock, psychedelia, progressive, fusion, a little blues. Latter are things like; Caribou, Muse, Nomad, Junoon, Drumspyder, Prins Thomas & Lindstrom, Nadis
Warriors and a bunch of stuff with Middle Eastern scales and percussion.
- Other Percussion:
- Electronic Music:
Ableton and some synth emulations. 2 wavedrums and a percussion midi surface (boppad). Drone/sitar, clonewheel and bagpipe (!) plugins. A bunch of weird mixing gear that I'm experimenting with... An "in your ear only" work setting that allows (mostly) spouse/neighbor noise level friendliness on the west side. Professional quality powered speaker array if I should ever decide this goes out the door somewhere.
