I've been playing guitar on and off for the last six or seven years. I am adept with technical skills and tend to play creatively rather than learning existing songs, but I can pick up some songs pretty quickly once I start practicing them. I've started taking up the instrument more seriously in the last year and a half or so.
I've always tried to sing and am getting more serious about vocals as well. Taking classes right now to improve in this area. Not fantastic at singing and playing at the same time yet though.
Mostly looking to meet up with some drummers, bassists, or guitarists and get better at playing with others before committing to a band.
Free time will be limited for the next few months, going to school for a master's degree in engineering.
