I'm 51 years old. Just moved to Florida 6 months ago. I'm retired from my government job from up North. So I have a lot of time to put into a band. I've been playing the drums since I was 14 years old. I love all types of music, but rock will always be my favorite. From classic rock to modern. I can honestly say the new music that is coming out now is garbage. Rock is dead and I want to meet a group of guys or girls to bring back rock and roll. I played for many bands throughout my life. Covid sucked, and didn't get to play much. I want to get back into a band and play out at least once a week. I'll ever tour. I really miss being on stage. If I had to pick a style I play. I would have to say Keith Moon mixed with Tommy Lee. My favorite band is Rush. Neil Peart is my God! I just bought a Tama 7 piece set. The only problem is I have to keep it in my storage I rented. The condo I live in would kill me if I played my drums. I need to be in a band or start a band where I can leave my set. Plus where I live there is no room for my kit. I am in the process of buying a house and I'll be able to set up a studio room. I have videos of me playing I can send to you to show me playing with my old band.

I love all 80's music. If I had my choice. I would start a band playing all Rock music from the 80's. Yes I love the hair bands. Rush is my favorite band, followed by kiss, triumph, Ozzy, maiden, priest, Crue. I like the grunge era, but not in love with it like many are. STP and Alice in Chains are my favorite grunge bands. I also love jazz music. Buddy Rich the best ever!
