45 years of experience with some recording, lots of marginal venues and even a few big stages. I love a good song and story that I can add something to even when that means playing less notes. It's hard to box what is great but you tend to know it when you hear it and after 40+ years of this I just want the effort to matter because the dollars/gigs won't change my life. I've been playing lead guitar in a local cover band Living The Dream for the last five years that has recently stopped performing. Ideally I'd prefer to do something that leans on classis R&B, funk or something beyond three chords and an attitude. I'm always prepared and professional but want do this for enjoyment so great people and attitudes are a must. I'm open to clubs, casual gigs or just something that stretches me to woodshed and continue to grow. Perhaps contribute some song writing which is a skill that I've allowed to wither.

Influences
Rock, Americana, Southern Rock/Country, Blues and R&B. Early on Page & Knofler were big influences but like most musicians I love anything that I consider good so I'm open to country, rock, blues, funk or even something way outside that box.
