SEEKING
Vocalist - Tenor, Violin, Piano, Flute, Cello.ABOUT
Messed around on rhythm guitar for years; picked up keys when I wanted to learn celtic/folk/English country dance music -- can't play that stuff on guitar. Looking to form a 7-piece band (have the female singer) with tenor, piano, flute, electric cello, electric violin. I switched to part time work to free time for learning, practicing, composing, and lyric writing. Besides, being a full-time land use litigator is not conducive to having a restful psyche. Consequently, I pretty much practice everyday and am available pretty much any time.

Influences
Mostly cannabis sativa but occasionally highland or speyside scotch. I've never tried to sound like anyone -- I compose to my limitations which gradually recede over time. My favorite bands are: Blue Oyster Cult, The Doors, Love, and Judas Priest, but I listen to a lot of classic goth, ethereal goth, Celtic, English country dance-type folk, some jazz, classic power pop, etc. I like a generally clean sound with a bit of dirt, thick chords, and inspiring riffs that give the music a personality. Basically, I love really good riff-based music that doesn't take forever and a fifth of booze to get into.
EQUIPMENT
Brian Moore iGuitar, Roland GR-55 guitar synth, Casio PX-5, Nord Electro 3 HP, some Behringer mixer, Zoom R8.
