Our style: Power Pop / Folk Rock / Alternative..and we both LOVE girlie rock. We are just getting started writing original songs. We want to play a few cover songs as well. This is going to be a 4 piece band. We are a guy (29) who plays guitar and a girl (23) who sings. What we are looking for is this: A bass player and a drummer who wants to be in a female fronted band and has a passion for this type of music. If you can contribute with songwriting that is a major plus too, but not essential. And it's also a plus if you play keyboards (or even violin or cello) as a second instrument as a song or two might require that. If you play in another band, that is ok, BUT if your not willing to put US FIRST, then you need NOT apply to this ad. We are looking for people with a passion for girl rock (we are influenced by bands / artists who can sing (I HATE male voices)... and we are also not interested in players influenced by noise /rap metal / 2 chord growlers, blues, funk, classic rock, etc...
