I’m a Female Vocalist/Songwriter who is looking for band members. Specifically seeking an experienced Keyboardist and Guitarist who also want to participate in the songwriting process... I’ve just moved back to NY from LA and live at the end of LI by the beach but can travel to NYC/Bk or other for meeting up and practice. The goal is to create a nice body of work and start booking/playing shows. I want to create a really interesting sound that feels rich and expansive (think being in a wide open desert under a night sky full of stars and somehow knowing your place in the universe) I’m very kinesthetic if you couldn’t tell..
My background has more been in the vein of ghostwriting songs for people in pop music such as Gaga, Pink, and Britney Spears but for the past few years I’ve been working on my own songs as a solo artist. I have found it difficult to work alone and promote myself as I’m really much more of a collaborator and a team person:) So I’m really looking for musicians who are also looking to be a part of something and inspire one another to create beautiful music that means something. I have many unreleased songs as well that I know would be great and are catchy, they just need to be brought to life..
