my name is nina. I am a beginner and currently self-taught drummer, and i am currently unhappy with the world of rock at the moment.
many up-and-rising rock bands tend to be extremely influenced by other older groups.
While this in itself is not a problem, most modern rock bands take this to the extreme, to the point where they are close to or completely ripping off of these groups. This takes all individuality and spirit out of the groups, and greatly dulls the listening experience.
I want this to be changed, as I believe it is an insult to the nature of true rock n' roll.
Also, in true rock n' roll style, I want this group to be extremely experimental, trying out new styles, themes and thinking outside of the box. Rock in general is extremely versatile and unique, and in my opinion should be represented that way.
I would like to be part of an all female rock band, as there are notably not many around, and the ones that are can, lets face it, be cheesy as hell. I do not believe in front women/men, and would prefer if we all made out ideas and decisions together as a team.
