Have listened to almost exclusively power metal for 4 years. One day I was inspired by a certain band to learn the drums. Now I practice 3-5 hours a day. I have the potential for epic hair.
I would one day like to have a band with 2 electric and 1 bass guitar, a keyboardist, separate singer and violinist. X Japan-esque. Also down for swords and cheesy props like armor. And maybe even songs about said props. That is my dream. But for now I'm down for any garage musicians for jam sessions. Leave the 'cores at home though.

Influences
Power metal. But other than that I am significantly interested in: thrash, progressive, speed, instrumental, neo-classical, melodic death, folk, viking, stuff like that. And other than that, I am very marginally interested in: doom, death, and black metal, metalcore.
I'll jam along to classic rock and anything glam, though.
