My band "The High Incident Bandits" combines elements of Hardcore, metalcore, southern metal, and just an overall experimental feel. We like to break the verse chorus verse mold by changing time signatures, using start-stop dynamics, odd rhythms and disonant chord voicings with the addition of harmonics. We like to incorporate breakdowns and interludes and lead soloing guitar lines. Another thing we strive for is to alternate between dissonance and melodicism while maintaining a heavy yet clear and precise attack. Also in our reptoire is a plethora of down tunings including the use of 7-string guitars. We really need a skilled drummer. /HIGHINCIDENTBANDITS
