Bass player and I (guitarist) are looking for a drummer. We are a "midwest" sounding band with math/prog tendencies. Lots of rhythm and time changes, so you must be comfortable with your set and have dynamics. The sound has jazzy/swing feels to it every now and then, we got groove. We've both played for about 6-7 years and want someone with skill and no ego or drug issues (i.e. drugs/booze get in the way of your music.) We can have shows ready to go as soon as you get your parts down and have contact with bands around KC and Lawrence. Must have pro/pro-am gear, transportation, workable schedule, and BE RELIABLE.
