Hello!
I am looking for a relatively established band who is in need of a singer. I was in my pervious band for eight years in Northern VA before I moved to this area. I mainly sing R&B, oldschool, and Jazz, but I can also song acoustic, alternative, dream pop, and I am classically trained. I studied music education and jazz in college, and have performed in numerous venues across the US. Most notably, I performed live on Good Morning Washington and made a Carnegie Hall debut in 2015. Also started a latin jazz band in Norther VA that has gone on to win numerous awards.
I’m a bright person just really looking to get into the music scene here, and it’s proven difficult to find a “in.” Just want to play good music with good company!
