ABOUT

German Style Polka Band playing mostly around the Lake Norman Area. This year shows have expanded to large Oktoberfest's in the Carolina's September - October. Currently we have shows in Greenville, Columbia and Hilton Head, SC as well as venues throughout North Carolina. We play mostly outdoors in large beer gardens or under large tents with audiences ranging from 100 - +1,000. Typical venues are wineries, micro-brew pubs, Oktoberfest's and Private shows.

We are a house band for a German Restaurant in Troutman where we play once a month from 7-9pm on Thursdays. We typically practice 1-2 times per month. Peak season is Sept. and Oct. where we are booking 3-4 hour shows Friday evenings, Saturday afternoons and evenings and Sunday afternoons.

80% German Style Polkas and Waltzes and 20% American sing along songs (Country Roads, Sweet Caroline, Hey Baby Will You Be My Girl, Wagon Wheel, etc.)

Seek a sax or clarinet player that will travel up to 2-3 hours (paid mileage and accommodations) for large Oktoberfest Shows throughout the Carolinas. Prefer a musician that is familiar with and has played polkas and waltzes.
