You will probably need some original songs to make it big. At least a few. I've written around 200, primarily country/ folk type. If you are considering some original songs for your band let me try to suit the need. I bet we could work something out.
As for my performance; I play my old acoustic Guild with harmonica/ harness and I sing. I've played for passerbyers on the street with few stopping and I've played before thousands prior to Bill Monroe going on. Coffee houses, festivals, bars and liquor houses.
To come on with your band. I can drive a band with my harmonica or stay back and accent `that you've established. I can sing and play guitar. I am looking to join an established band in the area and play the region or where ever it takes us. I don't have anything as such that would limit my schedule with you. Neither am I a drug or excessive alcohol user. I've written many songs, primarily folkish country, rock, blues. One brought a check from BMI that lasted a bit over a year. I wouldn't push my songs on your gig but they are there for the using if an opportunity arises. I'll bring my stuff over and we'll give it a shot. call 704 651-3531 or johntconway <<eliminate the "space" after
