ABOUT

Looking for the right drummer/percussionist for a new anything-goes TROPICAL ROCK party band project in AA Co. Musically, it's a Key West style (that doesn't mean "all Buffett") with an island groove combined with rhythm & blues and outlaw country, playing mainly re-worked covers with some originals. The "right" drummer can lay down a tight, filthy groove but also has enough technical chops to handle time signature changes, and is confident enough to switch things up on the fly as needed. This player is a reliable pro who takes performing very seriously, yet is laid back, fun, chill, and positive.
Gig goal is outdoor events, tiki bars, festivals, private/corporate events, with the ability to reconfigure as acoustic duo, trio, etc as needed.
I've got the mid-Atlantic contacts to make this fly, and promise that every gig will put $$$ in your pocket (min $100+ pp). We have a fantastic keyboardist+lead guitar+bass player already in place--just need the right bomber to bring it all together.
