ABOUT

When looking for the utopia of composition, cadence, and color, look no further than Seventy Five Summers. Forged in the searing heat and dusty west of Arizona, the group has devoted more than their fair share of energy to the next direction in music. Each individual has an intricate part in the foundation of the band. There's John Chakeres on lead guitar. His upwards of 20 years of playing everything from jazz to death metal has given him a unique and distinct texture. The notes from the strings are nothing more than clay for him to mold. In the back, there's Brandon Menard. After nearly a decade on the drums, his creative rhythms and focused dynamics give the music driving dramatics. Rounding out the rhythm section is Scotty Marsden. He's used his experience on guitar to give his bass riffs a harmonious percussive pulse. His country roots bring a distinct difference to the music. And adding to the measure with rhythm guitar is Johnny Podojil. Johnny has a fresh raw energy that lights up the stage and rips through his distorted chords. Our lead vocal is still to be announced. Together, its a familiar sound you've never heard before. Everything from Rush to Sublime, Metallica to Johnny Cash, Dream Theater to Bush. All this and more, wrapped up tight in a resonance that haunts your dreams. With driving rhythms, enchanting lyrics, catchy melodies, and flowing solos, this is not your everyday rock pop band, no! This is Seventy Five Summers.
