Started playing at 12, played in public since 15 yrs. old. Have been in numerous bands over the years, some great and stayed booked, others not so hot so I left.

Influences
Hendrix, Ian Paice (Deep Purple), Chicago (Danny Seraphim) Blood Sweat and Tears. Have played in hard rock bands, variety bands including some country, funk and Motown. Am open to originals. Play anything but Jazz.
EQUIPMENT
Currently using a set of Tama double bass with 5 toms and 8 or 9 cymbals of various sizes. But am soon getting back my old set of vintage (1972) Ludwig octa plus. It is a set that I ordered in '72, and has 12 drums, it is also double bass and I have added a piccolo snare. The set is currently at my nephews place as I let him have them until he bought his D.W. set, now I am getting them back. The set starts at 6"tom and runs the gamut up to 16" floor. This set makes it possible to play anything, though it is big, so is it's sound. I also have a set of 12 Audix drum mikes and a P.A. system, Yahama 100 watts RMS per side each cabinet has a 15" woofer and a 24" horn over top. Good practice P.A. or for just miking drums.
