From the rest of the world reggae/rocksteady/ska (such as Peter Tosh, Burning Spear/, The Specials, The Clash, UB40). More recently re-connecting on the home-front with South African Maskhandi (Juluka, Johnny Clegg, Bhekumuzi Ntuli, Qadasi), jazz/pop (Miriam Makeba, Hugh Masekela, Vusi Mahlasela, Yvonne Chaka-Chaka) and the likes.
