PHANTOM is a dance-punk band from SATX. Its a project that was written by Phil back in 2012 and has evolved into a live performance since 2015. PHANTOM has gigged all over texas cities including SA, ATX, and HTX. We have put out a full album on spotify and are now looking for musicians to perform and record all the new material. PHANTOM is a dark dance party.
