PROSKOOL STEW

Take two cups of Soul, one cup of Oldies, a half of cup of Blues, sift in some Jazz, add a tablespoon of Pop, a teaspoon of Rock, marinate it in some Originality, season it with some Funk and stir it together. Bring it to a boil. Bless it with some Gospel and serve it Hot. Garnish it with Professionalism and Class. Warning! Possible side affects...May lead to the urge to smile, laugh, reminisce, sing along, clap your hand, dance and have a good time.
