Band to Join, Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar, Piano, Other Percussion, Other, Lead Guitar, Keyboard, Drums, Bass Guitar, Background Singer, Acoustic Guitar.ABOUT
1. Seeking Musicians for an original eclectic band:
Versatile and passionate musicians who want to find new musical styles by mimicking and experimenting with elements of different genres from all over the world including Indian, Celtic, African, Latin and Native American music as well as modern styles like experimental rock and electronic music. I'm also open to joining an established band. I especially enjoy writing/playing polyrhythms, odd meters, vocal harmonies. Exotic scales and instruments would be nice too. See my influences to get a better idea of existing music that fits what I'm looking for.
2. Seeking vocalists for an A Capella band. The vision I have is 8-11 people: 2 beat boxers, 1-2 basses, 1-2 baritones, 2 tenors, 2 altos and 1-2 sopranos. I can help write arrangements but would need someone who can score out music to help. Covers and originals would be preferred. Once we get a group together we can all decide on songs and a concept. I would like to perform guerrilla style/flash mob style, film it and put it on be, as well as perform in clubs and theaters, perhaps eventually stadiums or on TV.
