ABOUT

Seeking to form or join a Classic Rock Band. I like musicians that are willing to keep adding new tunes to keep the set list active and to keep the list from getting old. What songs do you want to play? I am an established professional guitar player and I can also write original music so I'd like to add a few originals to the set. I am not a premium member so If you want to talk, please feel free to call or text me at 720-278-3309.

Influences

Any musician that plays with feeling and projects their personal energy. My style of guitar playing is best described in a cross between Ritchie Blackmore, Randy Rhodes and Tony Iommi. I mostly enjoy playing Classic Rock with a Hard Rock Edge. Ozzy, Deep Purple, Scorpions, Def Leapard, Sabbath, 80s hair band songs and so forth. Songs with that type of edge but I also realize that a Classic Rock Band needs to play some pop Classic Rock Songs. Im willing to play any song that has an edge and good sound no matter what decade its from. I am also one of the founding members of The All Original Band "House Of Stone." I had the honor of working with the legendary Geoff Workman who Engineered and produced our CDs. Geoff recorded 28 platinum albums with bands such as Queen, Motley Crew, The Cars and Journey to mention just a few. You can't turn on a classic rock radio station without hearing his work before to long. House Of Stone was the last band that Geoff worked on. R.I.P. Geoff. Please search his name to learn more about his career. You will find it interesting. He was an influence to me and again, an honor to work with him in the studio and to hear his stories about the bands he worked with over the years. I learned so much from that experience. I am enjoying playing classic rock covers now, many of which were recorded by Geoff.
