ABOUT

I am a founding member of Pollen which is gigging jamband in NW Connecticut. We play Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia, Phish, Allman Brothers, Leftover Salmon, SCI and a variety of other covers ranging from Johnny Cash, KWS, Bob Dylan, Sublime on through to Tom Petty. We like to do extended jamming on the right songs. Anything really goes musically. I/We are interested in adding a keyboardist in the short-term, longer term I would like to reform the band with another like minded guitar player, drummer and/or bassist.

Influences

Dead, Phish, various jambands. Current band crosses many musical spectums from New Orleans funk to Kenney Wayne Sheperd, Leftover Salmon, Skynyrd, Blind Melon, String Cheese Incident, Moe., Disco Biscuits, RAQ, Kung Fu, The Band, Doc Watson, Merle Travis, Led Zep, Rush, Yes & Pink Floyd with some original jam tunes trown in to boot. I take regular lessons so musical theory knowledge is a plus for any collaboration.

Currently play in a band with another lead/rhythm guitarist, bass, sax and drums. Open to new musical ventures.

EQUIPMENT

Gear Geek! Custom pedal board, Vox AC30, Fender Twin Reverb, CARR amp, Fender DR. Play PRS, Taylor, G&L, Takamine and Fender guitars. I have my own sound system for gigging out.
