Everyone in the band has pro gear. We're looking for someone who can flex between guitar/keys as needed per song and also add backing vox. We have a full PA and generally monitor in ears. We like to keep the live rig as lean as possible which sometimes means sharing gear on stage, but please be ready to bring (or buy) what's needed.
