Looking to form or join an indie rock band that's very raw and garage-like. I'm not into screaming or thrashing, but into high energy with emphasis on melody. Main influence are the Velvets. Mainly because they made so much nasty noise, but also showed a more versatile side with restraint and prettiness. I'd still love to try to make Beatles-level classics and anthemic fist-pumpers like The Replacements. Also love the slacker feel and weirdness if Pavement.
