I’ve been recording quite a bit over the past year at a studio with hired backing musicians and canned drums. Ready to get out and mix up originals with covers. I’m a serial collaborator. I miss being in a band and I miss gigging.

Influences
For Rock…anything but classic rock. But I’m not against it. There are some obvious singer songwriter influences like Elvis Costello, Paul Westerberg, Johnny Cash, Lou Reed and if you want to get picky, I get a bit sick of the Dylan comparisons. But that’s really cause I play harp. Oh, Gram Parsons…Love the Clash, Nick Lowe, Wilco. I’m influenced by whatever I hear on any given day really. Could be a hip hop song or a car crash.

EQUIPMENT
A jumbo acoustic Guild (Survivor of tsunamis) an Acoustic Martin. A custom tele and a Squire. Tube amp. I’ll invest if I get the right people together. Also have rehearsal space for evenings.
