I had been musically inactive for a number of years (real life got in the way), and for the past couple of years I have been playing again. While I am currently considering a solo project of some kind, I really wish to be part of a team/band situation again as well. I am a multi-instrumentalist who also happens to be able to sing, although I am primarily (and prefer to be) a bass player in a band situation. I am willing to collaborate with musicians not local to me if there is a good fit or for a promising project.

I am likely one of the few bass players in the central Florida area that play the mighty 12-string bass guitar (some pictures are included in this profile). It has a distinctive sound, and I am hoping to find a way to be able to incorporate a "12ver" into music that I play, if possible. Not every musical situation calls for one.

I have finally uploaded some recent photos of me performing. The oldest photos are from 2002. The most recent are from 2018/2019 and lastly one from January 2023. I sadly no longer have the instruments pictured in those older photos, and I certainly don't look the same anymore. Hopefully more and better photos to come soon!

I love to listen to many styles of music (my CD collection is huge, and features literally everything from ABBA to Zappa and everything in between!), but progressive rock is probably my favorite!

I hope that I have forged my own style that, although pays homage to many musical greats (I have no qualms about wearing my influences on my sleeve...LOL), still sounds distinctive on its own.

I am looking to join or form a band that will put writing good memorable songs first. Something where I can directly contribute to the songwriting process.
