Hello Everyone, My name is Rachel Baker and I am Chair for the Entertainment at this years Fall Festival at St. Luke Catholic School. The fall festival is a community event and people come from all over Palm Beach County to attend our once a year even. It is always held the first week in November. When my children started attending this school I was told this event was like a smaller version of the county fairs we have all grown to love. My first year with the school I was amazed by the size of this event. It is kind of hard to track the numbers of how many people actually show up to this 4 day long event because we do not charge admission to enter the Fall Festival. we do sell ride tickets, food tickets, and ride wrist bands thing you would see at again your local county fair. The estimate on attendance last year is 25,000 people. yes 25K ( I think it was more like 30K but being conservative) that was not a typo. Seeing these numbers you can imagine my shock the first year I was at the school. This is a very big even, the biggest event the school has all year long. St. Luke is a very small Catholic School with roughly 181 students. The money from this event is all put back into the development of the school so it is 100% going to keep the school growing and maintaining what is already there. In my eyes that means it is for a very very good cause. We are 100% tax deductible, so if that inspires any price breaks a tax receipt can be provided.
The times and dates:
November 3rd 6-10pm
November 4th 6pm till midnight
November 5th 12 noon till 12 midnight
November 6th 2pm-10pm
I am looking for anything interesting and entertaining. I as Chair of Entertainment want to wow the public. This is the first year we have a a person in charge of Entertainment let alone a budget so please be gentle in your quote. Also we are willing to trade exposure for services. For example I have a dance school signed up to preform, while preforming and for a set period of time before/after their performance they will have a table set up to sell classes and play a game so people can win a free class. If you have any ideas on how we can help you in trade for your performance then please send me your ideas. Otherwise please send me you quote for what you do best.
This is the perfect opportunity if you are a local band to get your name out there. We have all different kinds of people attend this event, it is not just for religious people. All shapes, sized, colors, and relifions attend.
Please note we welcome all types of performers, you do not need to be focused around religion. With that being said we do want to keep it clean, no profanity or violence or anything that would reflect badly upon our Catholic school and church. We are currently in negotiations with 2 elextronic, 1 hip hop, I country, and 1 Motown. With this being said we truly want you all.
