sometimes slow to learn a song, sometimes immediate. good at lyrics ang composition of music, but i never learned how to read notes, i play by sound. am willing to commit to a good band. easy to work with. a little crazy in the head, but thats to be expected of most musicians right? i am primarily a drummer, i deffanitely prefer to be hitting rather than pulling[strings], (get it?)and ive also been practacing the metal scream, just for fun in the car, but ive gotten pretty good. I can learn almost any drum beat, i just need time, and im pretty good at makeing up my own(no two songs should have even part of the same beat, just opinion)but i really dont mind just makeing noise in the back like im told i just want to be playing more mostly. Influences
Metal! first and foremost. a lot of bands from overseas, europe has a lot of good music in about 50 different generas of metal, i like to listen and learn from it all, just too many bands to list here. and i enjoy the intracate rythms of jazz music, a lot of those drummers can keep such complicated beats it almost sounds like theres 3 people playing! im working on a good way to combine the sounds, but progress is slow by myself. Right now my favorite band is Deadlock (it changes), they have a really awsome sond going. and i like Dark Tranquility, and Satariel, the're the bands i like the vocals on the most, and i probly sound most like a combo between them, probly not as good though. I like most all drum beats, but Origin has somethin crazy fast going on, i'm hopeing to be that good one day...
EQUIPMENT
a crappy 5 piece drum set, but i did spring for the double pedals. im currently saveing for an upgrade...and my voice, not very good but pretty ranged, low, high, loud soft, im getting better....
