Music is one of the favorite corners of my busy life. I've been playing for a long time and I'm comfortable in a very large venue in front of thousands or in a small, intimate setting.
My goal on the guitar is to be 'over-prepared". This way I can program my muscle memory and then focus on the most important part of the process - the music!
I love to move people to get into the music and have fun at our shows.
I'm the type who believes the "whole is greater than the sum of its parts" I believe in a great band, not a show-boater or an attention whore.
i can play well but I'm not a virtuoso. I have to work, and that is what I do...show up ready, focused and energized.
I only work with musicians with great attitudes and have a settled life. Work/life/fun balance is imperative.

Influences

Just think rock hits from nearly all era's. I like crunch, I'm drawn to a rhythm.
Fun "poppy" rock, good old fashioned grunge, famous rock tunes and everything in between. I like to see people dance to my music.
Most importantly I'm influenced by music that touches a wide range of listeners.

EQUIPMENT

My go-to's are blue and red PRS Custom 24's. "Amber" is a red 1991 and "Blue" is a 1997. I also use a Black Gretch Duo-jet and an American Strat of course. My acoustic is a Martin HD28V.
I run through a slew of colorful yet tasteful pedals and into (or through) a Mesa Dual Rectifier. I'll run a 2 x 12 in some venues or an over sized 4 x 12 in others.
I have a full PA based on a Mackie DL32r and a digital wireless mic setup (4) and IEM's (3) also 3 EV powered wedges. Mains are K12's and a Ksub. I also have everything necessary to make this system sound bad-ass.
