Bass Player with roughly 30yrs experience in cover bands looking for band mates with the passion to play music from the 60-80's era.
I have been in a few good bands with runs of 6 plus yrs. Played several top venues in New England, casinos, theater, weddings, ect.
My passion and what I enjoy playing is with a full band with a horn section. Covering music from bands in the Motown era, Funk, and Soul Music.
Chicago, Earth Wind & Fire, TOP, James Brown, Otis, Temptations, Etta James, ect.
But I also enjoy 80's pop music. That also has a good following as of late.
I am not looking to make this a career, but I am committed to play out 1-3x a month. No dive bars. Just classy or and places with a good reputation.
Looking for bands in: North East CT, RI, and Worcester areas.
