I spent years playing in bands doing originals. Did some touring, played with some cool bands and had music used on MTV. I have played since I was in the 4th grade, took lessons, read music, played in the jazz program while in college and have my own gear. I haven't played in a band for a few years. I have a 9 to 5 job and would like to play on the side. I would like to do something out of the ordinary. For example, a band that only plays disco covers or maybe one that only plays odd country songs. The last band I replied to was made up of 3 women who played accordions and did heavy metal covers. I am easy going, don't screw up at gigs and can get along with just about anyone.
