54 years young, and still kicking ass. Steady and disciplined or wild and reckless. "Dynamics" I get it. Rock, funk, jazz, punk, r&b, latin, country, I like the challenge of variety, it keeps me from getting bored. I am always on time, equipped and prepaired to my commitments. I am confident in my performance skills. My reading skills could use some improvement. I sing back up harmonies and some lead. I have been keeping busy with my Lifetime Rocker band and a Huey Lewis Tribute. I will also from time to time pick up sub gigs with several other bands of just about any style. I have a lot of fun when I am asked to play congas though it is not my main instrument.
I do appreciate good musicianship however I am more impressed with groups that have great vocals. Most importantly I like working with good people. Caricature is everything in this business.
