I have been in an alternative style worship band for the past 8+ years as the only lead vocalist. there have been at times a backup, but not consistantly great ones. I am looking at possibly becoming involved in a christian band whether just christian guys and gals playing alternative music and rock, etc. or a alternative style worship band. Have also been in many karaoke contests doing 3 doors down and garth brooks etc, placing 2nd 3rd and 1st at the time the one ended early. sing every sunday almost and years have gone by where every week was on so thats why gigs are up to 100 or more, plus karaoke contests etc.

My favorites come from all different styles, i love all different music because i love to sing. some of my favorites are Johnny Cash, Dave Matthews, Gavin Rossdale from Bush, John Mayer, u2, the beatles, blessid union of souls, steven curtis chapman, nickleback, 3 doors down, and list goes on.
