My only experience live so far is infrequent karaoke. I've been a member of two bands that disbanded before playing live. I've also taken part in many numerous jam sessions with several different players, none before an audience.
I'm looking to join a band that's ready to record, and play live. I'm willing to form a band from the ground up. I have my own transportation, and currently work overnights. I'm in the process of getting that switched to days, but it seems to take forever for anything to be approved where I work.
I'm a singer/lyricist. I'm very open to collaboration. Creativity comes from many levels and sources, and isn't always just me. I prefer to write lyrics and have help with the arrangements as I'm still learning to write for instruments. I have my own mic, and am ready to go. I'd prefer a collaboration that is open musically. Meaning we write and perform whatever we feel like. I don't bind myself to genres.
