ABOUT

Four years ago, friends invited me out to sing karaoke and (long story short), my singing was well-received. I sang my favorite REM song, "Losing My Religion" and have since become a bit of a Michael Stipe tribute performer. I have truly loved singing all of my life and might be a bit of a natural performer. At least that is the feedback I get from those who know me.

I would love to find some local Dallas Ft. Worth musicians who might enjoy doing some R.E.M. covers and other tributes. I have also written some lyrics and am certain that if I had a band and the creative energy and synergy that comes along with it, my lyrics writing would likely skyrocket. I believe I have some talent in this regard and am a professional writer (at least as far as my college credits indicate).

I am a decent drummer and could rapidly improve my drumming skills if presented with other interested band members. Perhaps a drummer who sings would be a great fit with me, as I am the same. I DO NOT have to be the ONLY singer. My ego is not in this...however the desire to have creative fun definitely is in this.

I am guessing that folks from about 21+ years old to maybe 50 years old or so, would likely be the most likely fit. I am very young for my age, in every way and tend to socialize frequently with those in their 20's and 30's. I have many close friends decades older than myself as well. I have no racial or other prejudices of any kind.

Sound interesting, please call me...972-898-9031
