From the studio to the stage, Renaud is the breath of air the music industry has been yearning for. Taking a new school approach to an old school feel, he is able to convey every little nuance of feeling to the listeners ears leaving nothing left to be said.
Born the son of a preacher man in Long Branch, NJ, Renaud was introduced to the Violin (suzuki method) at the age of 4 after moving to Harrisburg, PA. After seven years of musical training on Violin, he was introduced to the drums, bass, guitar, and piano in 2001, making bass his instrument of choice, at his new home in Jersey City, NJ. Between training at the Newark School of the Arts and his father Rev. Reginald McRaes' church, Renaud has been able to hone his talent as a musician.
Beginning his production and engineer career during high-school for such artists as Joelle Zigman and Earl Grey, it was not until college that Renaud had the chance to truly perfect his studio abilities. Learning out of Loyola University’s stuidos and Dockside Studios, Renaud completed his own studio with the help of Matthew Wekwert, owner of Playmefm, in 2009.
Currently Renaud is working on his own music and looking for new artists/production teams to work with in the future.
Keep in touch, and in his own words, “Listen, Live, and Love Music”.
