Hi, I have a studio to rent for bands who need a clean, fun place to practice. All types of music welcome. Has a drum room, a vocal room, and a general room. Also have a house PA, extra ramps, some accessories, use of kitchen for meals. Local store 100 feet away. 12 hour rental: 12 noon - 12 midnight. Great opportunity for bands who need a place to practice, with future plans to create a audio/video studio.
