Background Singer, Keyboard, Acoustic Guitar, Rhythm Guitar, Vocalist.ABOUT
Redneck Voodoo Child is just what you might expect.... a Hendrix influenced Classic Southern Rock band.... that is rumored to be a little louder than your average act of God.. (thunder).
Lead guitarist Tom Johnson is a former member of Humble Pie during the Steve Marriott days...and it is obvious when this band hits the stage (usually 5 minutes after whatever time managements contract states).
The rhythm section is rounded out with Randy Ausban on bass and JR Toume (Molly Hatchet) on drums.
RVC is currently performing original material..... mixed in with classic Hendrix, Zep, Humble Pie, and other rock with some Motown and R&B.

Members Of Band
Tom Johnson : Former lead guitarist for Humble Pie, Tzer, Prism, and The Impressions (Rock Hall of Famers), has toured and lived in the studios of Nashville steadily since the 1980's and currently has over 100 album credits of all types.... "Some with Pride...and some you hide." As a writer and co-writer he has over 200 songs published in several genres. He is also currently the lead guitarist for "{Love, Peace and Happiness" the souths premier Motown cover band.
JR Toume : hails from Jacksonville, Fla and is an exceptional frontman and lead vocalist....even behind the kit. He brings to the stage all the energy and attitude a former "Molly Hatchett" member is expected to possess (and dish out) ....and more.
Randy Ausban rounds out this power trio and lays a solid foundation to compliment the Picassoesque style of TJ and flamboyance of JR. Randy is also a writer and his originality is invaluable.
