Want to play in a metal band. Recently I've been digging into black metal, death metal, and dungeon synth. Competent in music theory.
Would love to just learn some songs and lock in together to have a tight sound, yknow? Maybe start out with some covers to get warmed up and break the ice, then mess around with jamming/writing some parts and see if we can make at least some kind of coherent composition, lmao. Would love to also listen to a sh*t ton of music that we each like (and entirely new, random music) to keep it fresh and get inspired, cuz I feel like I always listen to the same stuff if I'm being honest.
