We are starting a volunteer bluegrass band at Faith Lutheran Church in Dickinson Texas. I am Pastor Tyler and I play guitar and sing and am wanting to do bluegrass in church once a month. I am a accomplished musician and I am seeking band members who want somewhere to play with other people on a regular basis. We would have practice once a month, the week before service. If we decide we might look at learnin other music and possibly do other performances.
If you are looking for a begginner/intermediate bluegrass band, this could be the right fit. I have music for the service and am open to new ideas as to what to play.
