Music is like the air that I breathe, it is that essential!

I started out singing in the church choir & playing piano at the age of 7 - with the ability to play anything I heard on the radio. I have been heavily involved in music ever since.

I grew up on a mix of Hymns, 60's folk classics, 40's & 50's music my mom listened to. When I had control of the radio, it was top forty radio & rock classics from the 60's and 70's, with my favs falling into the 70's Southern Rock, R&B, Motown, Funk & good ol' Rock-n-Roll genres along with other 70's classics. LOVE the Muscle Scholl's vibe & anything with outstanding harmony vocals - Doobie's, CSNY, Kansas, Eagles, Led Zeplin, The Who, Pink Floyd, Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Yes, Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Blood, Sweat and Tears, Bee Gees, The Moody Blues, Boston, Steely Dan, The Byrds, ZZ Top & I can't leave out The Beatles. These are just some of the few I enjoyed listening to growing up.

Musically, what goes in usually finds it's way out through what I write in some form or another.
