I've Been a full time studio/section musician since 1983.
I have a interdisaplinary degree in music concentrating on saxophone, fretless electric bass.
Please note I only play fretless ( I don't even own a fretted ) this concentration on fretless keeps my intonation on track. My primary saxophones are Tenor and Alto.
I very much prefer to use charts it saves a lot of time and time is money.
Im currently looking for saxophone work for live and studio.

Super Action 80 Tenor, Berg Larson metal mouthpiece, Rovner ligature.
Alembic basses and Warmth basses. The Alembics do not leave my home studio and are used for online recording only at this time. All basses four string only.
Walter Woods amps and custom built bass cabs, normally I plug directly into the board sometimes a preamp or an effect,
