ABOUT

My name is "Richard (Rick) Perryman" - I 'm a Classic Rock and Pop "Contemporary" Solo Guitarist. My style is kind of a blend between Dickey Betts and Santana. I started playing in clubs in the mid 1970's with my Dad's band "The Country Playboys". To get a good idea of what you'll hear from one of my shows, listen to the video titled "Demo - 5 Top Clips".

Note: Some of my uploaded recordings/videos were done live with a hand-held recorder or smartphone. So definitely not studio level, but the solo's will give you an idea of my style. Most of the videos are practice sessions. There is a video titled "DEMO" that will give you a highlight of 5 songs that I do. I also recommend watching the video "I Can't Tell You Why by the Eagles" to see a full length song which will show how I cover an entire song without vocals.

I also now have a full 6 piece band "PROJECT 573". So I'm available for gigs with or without the band.
