Day Tripper

Vocalist - Tenor, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar.

Day Tripper is Brevard County's premier Beatles tribute band. We are currently looking for a lead/rhythm guitarist/vocalist to replace one of the band members who will be leaving at the end of the year.
Age is immaterial, although all of the current band members are in their 50's and 60's. Familiarity with the Beatles catalogue is clearly a pre-requisite. The band currently gigs 4-5 times a month and most of the gigs are in the Cocoa Beach / Melbourne Area. The band's rehearsal studio is in Palm Bay.
Our schedule of gigs stretches out until mid 2023 and we will be adding additional gigs in the months to come. The current gig schedule can be found at this link :
The successful applicant should therefore not expect to have to spend months rehearsing - we need someone who can quickly get up to speed and start playing live with us every week as soon as possible.
Playing for Day Tripper is fun. We have an enthusiastic and engaging following (which grows with each gig) and our audience enjoys dancing and singing.
If you're interested in joining us please call Rich at 321-613-8545 for an initial discussion. You will be asked to supply a sample of your singing and playing (ideally a Beatles song - you choose which one) or send us a link to an online video.
This is an opportunity to join a professional, established, gigging band. We look forward to hearing from you.
